SweepDeck is designed for private, on-device photo analysis. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

1. Introduction

Unicorn Applications, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the SweepDeck mobile application ("SweepDeck" or the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

2. Data We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Display name (as provided by your sign-in provider)
  • A unique user identifier (Firebase UID)

Usage Analytics

We collect anonymous interaction events to improve the app experience, including:

  • Screen views and button taps
  • Swipe counts and onboarding flow progression
  • Paywall views and purchase events
  • App session data

This data is anonymous and does not include personal identifiers or device advertising identifiers (IDFA).

Purchase Data

Subscription status and purchase history are managed by RevenueCat and linked to your Firebase user ID. We do not directly process or store payment card information.

Photos

SweepDeck accesses your photo library to help you organize and manage your photos. Photo analysis is powered by Apple's Vision framework and runs entirely on your device. No photos are uploaded to our servers or third-party services.

Local Storage

We store the following data locally on your device:

  • Daily swipe count
  • Appearance preferences
  • Swipe quota reset date

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Authentication and account management
  • Processing and managing in-app purchases and subscriptions
  • Improving the app experience through anonymous analytics
  • On-device photo analysis using Apple's Vision framework (no data leaves your device)

4. Third-Party Services

SweepDeck uses the following third-party services:

We do not share your data with third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Account data is stored on Firebase servers (Google Cloud, United States). Photos are never transmitted off your device. Analytics data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email address below.

7. Children's Privacy

SweepDeck is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by email. Depending on your location, additional rights under applicable laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) may apply.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of SweepDeck after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
