Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SweepDeck ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the App. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Unicorn Applications, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

SweepDeck is a photo organization app that helps you declutter your photo library through a card-swiping interface powered by on-device AI analysis. Free users receive 50 swipes per day. SweepDeck Unlimited subscribers receive unlimited swipes and additional features.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

SweepDeck offers the following options:

  • Monthly: $1.99/month (a free first month may be offered)
  • Lifetime: $19.99 one-time purchase for permanent unlimited access

Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings, Apple ID, then Subscriptions.

4. Free Trial

The first month of the monthly plan may be offered as a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews at $1.99/month. Eligibility is determined by Apple.

5. Photo Deletion

When you swipe to discard photos and confirm trash cleanup, those photos are permanently deleted from your device's photo library. This cannot be undone. Maintain regular backups.

6. Intellectual Property

SweepDeck, including design, code, graphics, logos, and associated content, is the exclusive property of Unicorn Applications, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Bypass swipe limits or subscription restrictions
  • Use automated tools or bots with the App
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

8. Limitation of Liability

SWEEPDECK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNICORN APPLICATIONS, LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PHOTOS. BACK UP YOUR PHOTO LIBRARY REGULARLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your license is immediately revoked. You may delete your account by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SweepDeck after updates constitutes acceptance.
